Algos are provisioned within the NT8 market analyzer

- Algos appear and auto start with a loaded turnkey workspace - so they are ready on to operate
- If NT8 is connected they can AutoStart and trade - wait for signals, manual approval or fully auto
- Algos are controlled by parameter configurations in the market analyzer columns and in the Algo Controllers.
