- Check the NT8 Control Center Logs tab, scroll down, and look for warnings and errors!
2) Look in the NT8 Documents/NinjaTrader 8/trace folder for files like: AFT8.Error.20230710.txt
Report to the Help Desk
- Tip! Make sure the latest version of NinjaTrader and AFT8 is installed!
- Check the error logs to confirm whether a settings issue is the cause. Send any errors to the support help desk if required to resolve:

- Which workspace installer did you use (1, 2, 3, 4, 5)?
- Which workspace did you open (please provide the name)?
- Has it worked before and now it does not?
- Data Feed and connection delayed or realtime
- Please include a screenshot of your NT8 system:
- The Market Analyzer with the running algos visible.
- The workspace list from the Control Center.
- Check the windows list - hover over the NT8 icon in the taskbar.
- Open the traces/logs folder as above to attach the files and if possible the windows event eviewer log any errors related to Ninjatrader 8 or AFT8
- Any Errors if possible copy and paste the latest error into ticket so the ATS Bot can read for quickest solution.
