Unable to start Desktop apps
If your ATS Desktop installation has completed but you are unable to run or start a desktop application, follow the checklist below to diagnose the issue.
Common Issues:

Desktop App Troubleshooting Checklist

Confirm Windows Version and Settings
- Supported OS: Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2019, 2022, or 2025
- Windows Language must be set to English (United States)
- Recommended Timezone: Central Time (CT) or Eastern Time (ET) (optional but preferred)

Install Required .NET Runtime
- Ensure the latest .NET 8 Desktop Runtime is installed

Check Windows Event Viewer for Errors
- Review the Application Log for any error messages related to ATS Desktop apps
- Copy and send any errors to the ATS Help Desk for diagnosis
