Note: For conventional time-based bars, the time is set at the bar open to coincide with the bar close time.
For diagnostics, what are your settings for help desk assistance:
- Was there a time zone daylight saving change?
- Was the PC configuration changed recently or NT config/update?
- Which language settings are on the PC?
- Language: US English or other?
- Regional format
- AFT8 pre-requisites and recommended settings
- Which turnkey workspace(s)?
- Which instrument(s)?
- Which chart type is affected?
- SASR
- SARE
- Super Minute
- Super Day/Week/Month/Year, etc.
- Other
- Was this a one-off or regular event?
- Any AFT8 errors reported in the NinjaTrader/Traces folders or Windows Event Viewer application log?
- Did reloading the bars/historical data show the correct bar session opening?
- Check if the data feed was connected or if there was a lost connection at that time.
- Were other charts moving on other non-AFT8 type bars - minute, tick, volume, etc.?
- Was the PC time synced to match real-time?
- Time zone settings check:

- NT Control Center > Tools > Options > General > TimeZone?
- Windows OS > Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time?
