Loading Historical Market Data for NinjaTrader 7 and AFT7
Prerequisites
Install NinjaTrader 7 and AFT7 and set up all connections for data.
NinjaTrader 7 Default Mode Option
- NinjaTrader Control Center > Tools > Options > Data
- Data Option - Get Data From Server
- Simply connect to historical data and open the workspaces
- Make sure the contracts are the correct month on the workspace - see rollover contracts
NinjaTrader 7 Manual Download of Historical Data
- Start NinjaTrader 7 and close all workspaces.
- Turn off data option "Get Data From Server"
- Connect to a historical data feed.
- Use the Historical Data Manager to download data.
- Open the workspace.
