In some cases, the solution may involve repairing or updating the Windows operating system, installing missing .NET or Windows components, adjusting locale settings, updating drivers, or moving to a dedicated server/VPS environment running a full supported version of Windows. Some low-cost VPS hosting providers may use stripped-down Windows installations that are missing required components, which can lead to compatibility or stability issues.
