Group Rules

  • Trade technicals, fundamentals, and trading-related feedback questions and answers based on the products and services here.
  • Futures trading only - no religion, politics, profanity, toxicity, trolls, rude posts, comments - no 3rd party systems, video, screenshots, or chat.
  • Do not send support questions directly to the admin or moderators; use the support channels, help desk, or group chat.
  • Read the Get Started guide, read the product information, search for the answers in the group and forum - then ask questions in the relevant section.

Instant Ban

  • Strictly No: Toxic posts or people, vendors, trade group operators, brokers, traders with adverts or affiliate schemes in profile, no spamming or direct messaging ads - offenders are auto-banned.

Terms and Rules to be Accepted to Chat in Room
Treat everyone with respect. Absolutely no harassment, witch hunting, sexism, racism, or hate speech will be tolerated, nor general rudeness, self-entitled attitudes, and no toxic people tolerated - immediate ban.

No spam or self-promotion (server invites, advertisements, etc.) without permission from a staff member. This includes DMing fellow members or ads, logos, images in profiles - immediate ban.

No NSFW or obscene content. This includes text, images, or links featuring nudity, sex, hard violence, or other graphically disturbing content - immediate ban.
BEWARE DISCORD SCAMMERS Beware fake member accounts impersonating our brands - we will never direct message to try to sell VIP premium services/coaching etc. If you see something against the rules or something that makes you feel unsafe, let staff know or post in #scammers.
