Welcome Active Users
All ATS, AFT, and AWT users are monitored for activity to ensure a high-quality experience within our Discord groups. Inactive users are automatically removed by the ATS Bot to maintain service standards and prevent bad actors from compromising the community.
Qualifying Applications
Non-VIP users who have not logged into the products within 7 days are considered inactive. These users will lose access roles to the Discord group but can easily regain access by logging into the products.
- AFT.NinjaTrader: Activity tracked via login to AFT.Desktop.
- AFT.Desktop: Users who exclusively use AFT8 but do not log in are deemed inactive.
- AWT.Web
- AWT.Desktop
ATS Bot
Our custom-built Discord automation, the "ATS Bot," actively manages user activity. New users have one hour after joining to log activity in the relevant apps. If no activity is logged, they will be removed. Upon subsequent login, the bot will re-evaluate and either allow re-entry or enforce removal again.
- Affects both free and VIP ATS groups.
- For AST group members with valid subscriptions, inactivity in AFT/AWT products will not result in removal.
How to Rejoin
Traders removed by the ATS Bot due to inactivity can easily regain access by logging into one of the following applications:
- AFT Desktop
- AFT NinjaTrader
- AWT Web
- AWT Desktop
