How ATS Group Access is granted
ATSBot Discord robot provides access to Group areas for your subscription level free or VIP.
For this to work there is a process to grant user role-based access to the group as below:

- 5) Copy the username and Link your Discord UserName to your ATS Universal Account:

- Copy your Discord Username

- Delete the text
- Type your username or paste
- Click save
- Click next
What to do if My Account has been downgraded – can’t see the group or VIP
- Make sure the Discord Username is entered not the NickName or server name
- Check you have a valid live subscription for VIP Access
Notes on Subscriptions and Emails
The ATSRobot will search for subscriptions, meeting history, and ATS User account info based on the email address to which you have linked your Discord username. If the email was not the same one used for purchases, the emails can be connected via the help desk.
Trouble Shooting
80% of errors are due to using the display name in Discord, not the actual username, not being able to click edit and save, and other errors are due to users having multiple email accounts.
- Do not use Discord Display Name
- Copy your Discord Username
- Or Copy your Discord UserID
