Changed account but still see multiple accounts in the AFT Controllers
- Be sure to update the account setting on every Market Analyzer column.
- Scroll through all columns with your mouse in case some are hidden.

My charts disappeared after restarting NinjaTrader 8
- Do not close any chart windows—and no need to save your workspace before exiting.
- Leave all charts open; when prompted, close the workspace without saving to restore the previous layout.
- Only save if there are changes and make sure to save your own copy to prevent losses during updates!

Auto trading starts automatically on startup; how do I set it to manual?
- In the AFT8 Algo Entry column, change the setting to “Auto Start Trading: Off” and save the template under a new name.
- Save the workspace under a new name.
- In the controllers, set auto-trading to “Off” and save—this is optional.

Only one workspace is open with one account for the Market Analyzer, but multiple algos are running in the controllers
- Close all background workspaces so only your desired workspace remains open.
- In the NinjaTrader 8 Control Center, close all workspaces except the one you’re actively using.

I made changes and need to restore the workspaces
- Close NinjaTrader 8, then rerun the installer to re-deploy your workspaces and settings.

Installed a workspace from the installer but cannot see it in NinjaTrader 8 Control Center workspaces
- Restart NinjaTrader 8 to load the newly installed workspace and settings.

I changed the account on one workspace and was able to see the account in both algo and trade manager, then switched to Workspace 4 and now cannot seem to change the account as prior—can see a sim account and the new account in the controllers
- The process is the same for every workspace—refer to the instructions for "how to change account" or watch the “Changing Accounts” video.
- Always update the account on all Market Analyzer columns.
- Save the workspace under a new name.

I added a new market analyzer to change from sim to live/eval trading
- No need to add a new market analyzer tab—simply change the account of the existing one.
- If you want to add new accounts and trade multiple in parallel, add new tabs, one per account, and then add the instruments.

Changed account on the Algo Entry and Trade Managers Controllers but the charts show a different account
- Read the articles and watch the videos on how to change an account.
- Make sure to change the account also on the chart via the NinjaTrader Chart Trader.

I only want to trade 1 or 2 instruments on the Algo controllers
- Remove the instruments not in use from the market analyzer to only see the ones you want.

- Remove the instruments not in use from the market analyzer you don't want.
- Add the instruments you do want to trade—note you will also need to create or change the related charts.

There is no data in the charts after opening a workspace
- Roll your futures contracts forward to the current contract.
- Connect to your data feed and download historical data.

Charts are blank with no indicators, but the contracts are correct
- AFT8 may not be installed—follow the post-installation steps in the Downloads Guide and Troubleshooting videos.
- Ensure NinjaTrader 8 is installed in the default folder.
- Disable or whitelist the installer in your antivirus to prevent false positives.
