Support requests are submitted via our Help Desk. You’ll receive an immediate auto-reply in your inbox, and you can also view your ticket online.
Our ATS Help Bot available 24/7 initially fields your question—99% of the time it has exactly the details you need to resolve your issue or query.
In the bot’s reply, you can:
- Continue the conversation with the AI Agent by replying directly
- Reply 'Solved' to close the ticket via email
- ✅Mark As Solved - Click to mark the ticket as solved
- 🆘Need an Agent - Click to escalate to an ATS Support Agent
Our Discord Support group also provides interactive help during support hours, with both the bot and live moderators on hand.

Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM CT to 12:00 AM CT
The fastest best way is to start with the AI Agent— read the reply and self-assist by reading articles, watching videos, and browsing forum resources provided. If you still need help, you can escalate your ticket to the ATS Support Team for personal assistance - whereby we will add the missing information to the help articles, blog, videos or if need be converse and provide the resolution required etc.
