A reminder to traders who think they need to know the atomic structure and genome sequence to AFT before they can learn and use it.
Rest assured, you do not, and we will not be burning our time providing it. Every single element, nut, and bolt you don't need to know.
Turnkey workspaces ready to use. The heavy lifting is done.

Start with these and then build it up over time. Take the signals and learn the overview of what is going on. Go with it and learn the system, and later tweak it to suit you when you have done some mileage, a few days or weeks. You need to get a feel of the core basic controls, layout, and system styles, and that takes a bit of time - repetition is the key.
There are a lot of buttons, dials, and features. It's a grey box system, so the controls, parameters, and insides are exposed. AFT, the end result is super highly flexible and programmable if needed by the trader. Turnkey workspaces are already provided. All the features and names you do not need to know or even touch, only the basic controls to start. Over time, if needed, more can be used - and some will be rarely and some never at all. Many of the so-called nuts & bolts are artifacts of the development and R&D process for trading systems engineers and developers, but some are for traders, and there are basic and advanced. The fact the system is a configurable multi-algo system means all the controls and settings are there.
I need to know it all before I start. Where is all the info?
You do not need to be a mad scientist to drive a car or know the fuel, engine, or tire radius and all that waste of thinking. The same applies here. Keep it simple and get the basics first, then later on delve deeper if need be; otherwise, no need.
Take it step by step. There are a zillion things to get distracted by; ignore them and have discipline. You get good at driving a car by going around the track in it for hours, days, weeks, and years. You do not get good at driving by reading books on mechanics and so on. This is the same. Get the chart hours, keep it simple, and go with it. Get a basic trade plan and keep a journal, and then over time, interact and talk and get assistance on tweaking it to suit your trading style, time, and capital.
