AWT Support applies exclusively to the Alpha Web Trader (AWT) product suite. It provides access to information, resources, and assistance specifically for AWT. It does not cover AFT (Algo Futures Trader) or any other ATS products.
What is AWT Support?
AWT Support includes guidance, documentation, and assistance to help users understand and operate the Alpha Web Trader platform effectivel - for desktop, mobile and web.
Who Gets AWT Support?
AWT Support is included with the following packages:

✔ ATS Universal License bundles that include AWT
(Essential tier and above)
Optional annual renewal
AWT Freemium users have access to self-service resources only (see below).

AWT Support is strictly limited to the AWT platform and tools.
