Solution

Manually Uninstall from Apps:

1. Start menu > All apps > Algo Trading Systems LLC > ATS.AFT8.BootStrapper >
2. Or access search add remove
3. Find ATS.AFT8.BootStrapper
4. Right-click and select uninstall
5. Follow the instructions in the popup
