Problem: Error reported: Win32 Exception - Access is denied.
Usual Causes:
- NT is running with administrator elevated privileges, and ATS.NT8 BootStrapper is running in the local account. Both must have the same privileges.
- To run as admin: Click the button "Rest.Ad" to change mode to admin. A Windows warning will pop up before it restarts.

- NT has closed a window that was linked, and therefore the error is reported.
- The problem should stop as NT settles window states. Top application windows changing around can cause access and linking issues.
