Choosing the Right ATS Route
ATS routes traders according to their existing experience, NinjaTrader knowledge, support requirements, and ability to work independently. Self-assisted access may be subject to availability and approval following a FREE Discovery Call.
Beginner and New Futures Traders
Beginner traders are generally directed toward an assisted onboarding or Trade Mastery route. These services provide structured 1-to-1 assistance with account setup, platform installation, ATS system orientation, the Zero-to-Hero stages, trading methodology, workspaces, trade planning, and preparation for simulator, prop-firm, or live trading.
- ATS Get Started: Assisted onboarding, installation, configuration, account linking, Discord orientation, and introduction to the Zero-to-Hero program and VIP Trading Group.
- ATS Assisted Zero to Hero: Structured 1-to-1 progression through Stages 1–5, including ATS Hybrid Trading Methodology, AFT8, AWT, NinjaBuddy, AI Copilot, turnkey workspaces, and trade-plan development.
- Trade Mastery All-in-One: The complete fast-track package, combining ATS Get Started and Assisted Zero to Hero with the goal of becoming set up, oriented, and ready to begin trading within seven days.

Intermediate, Experienced and Veteran Traders
Intermediate and veteran traders may be suitable for the self-assisted route, particularly when they already understand NinjaTrader, can install and configure trading systems, can follow written and video guidance, and are comfortable learning through practical live-market use.
Acceptance onto the self-assisted route is subject to availability and approval. ATS may request that the trader attend a Discovery Call so that experience, expectations, technical ability, and support requirements can be reviewed before the appropriate route is confirmed.
Self-assisted traders are expected to use the help desk, Discord resources, Zero-to-Hero sections, turnkey workspaces, videos, AI support, and available group assistance. Traders requiring dedicated setup, repeated 1-to-1 guidance, remote assistance, or intensive support should purchase the relevant assisted or concierge service.
