Renewal plans are not required for annual/monthly/quarterly subscriptions - they are only optional for lifetime/Onetime purchases to continue with consumable services and get upgrades and product/service releasesafter the first year of ownership of a lifetime product!

Optional Annual Maintenance (OAM) for One-Time Lifetime Licenses
Monthly and Annual plans already include all OAM benefits. For One-Time Lifetime licenses, the first year includes these benefits, with optional annual maintenance available after year one.
Optional annual maintenance covers renewable services, cloud system access, desktop product major version upgrades, and trading group access, including:
- For lifetime/one-time licenses, the first year includes annual maintenance and priority support. For ATS Universal packages, this applies to AFT/AWT/AST cloud-based systems and services.
- Version Upgrade Assurance – e.g., FREE upgrading from AFT8 to AFT9 without paying the typical upgrade fee, usually approximately 35% of the full product price.
