- AFT7 signals indicators work the same way as any NinjaTrader Indicator
- AFT7 provide the following basic functions
- Chart Visual Signals
- Audio Alerts
- Voice Alerts
- AFT7 signals can be traded manually or via automated signal execution such as the AFT000 Algo Pro Trader - see AFT7 Overview of Components
AFT7 Signals Indicator hierarchy
The system is a systematic trading system with fully auto assisted trade entry and fully auto trade management. It can be broken into 2 logical parts.
- Signal Execution, Algo Trading & Trade Manager - AFT 000 Algo Pro Trader
- Signal Generation - AFT 001- Algo Signals Combo
- Signals are generated from a combination of rules for entry and filters
- AFT002 - Signals SFG
- AFT003 -Signals USAR
- AFT004 - SFG-VWAP
- AFT005 - UMA
- Signals are generated from a combination of rules for entry and filters
AFT7 indicators used within another indicator
AFT7 indicator AFT000 and AFT001 both use other AFT7 indicators for their rules - "hosted indicators" , in doing so they allow you to use the hosted indicator templates to easy load and configure.
AFT7 AFT000 Algo Trader Pro
AF000 Algo Trader Pro is the top of the hierarchy and hosts the AFT001 Algo Signals Combo indicator and facilitates manual and automated trading of its signals in the primary trading time frame MTF1.
It also combines 2 optional levels of Multi time frame filters using the AFT001 in a slot for each additional time frame. MTF2/ MTF3 - for each of these it provides fast configuration via the usage of templates AFT001.
AFT7 AFT001 Algo Signals Combo
AFT001 Algo Signals Combo indicator and provides a parameter/property to specify and load all the AFT7 indicators and allows you to load and search for a template as well as enter the name manually or edit in-line and save.
AFT002 Signals SFG - Settings & Template
From the above image of settings for AFT001 template "EST 0930 Loose" was used for indicator AFT002. This can be viewed on chart in the indicator - edits and custom copies can be made with a different template name. See examples below:

Load From a Template
Within the parameters click parameter "load from template" to see a list of presets available and select the desired template. You will now need to save as a new template for using in the system or chart see below: "using saved templates" etc.
Configure your own Template
Change to a different session open by:
Configuring the parameters session day, hours and minutes using the 24 hour clock and setting the relevant timezone.
For FDAX breakout at Eurex 08.30AM
Timezone: UTC+1 Amsterdam, Berlin...
#01B OR Session Day: 0
#01C OR Session Hour: 8
#01D OR Session Minute: 30
Save the Template as "Eurex 0830"
Using saved templates
Note: use that new template in the "AFT7 AFT001 Algo Signals Combo" in the indicator settings for the parameter #01B: AFT002- SFG Template Name
AFT003 Signals USAR - Settings & Template
From the above image of settings for AFT001 template "USAR1 ATR 1.25 Signal 00001 Reversal" was used for indicator USAR1 AFT003 and for USAR 2 AFT003 - "USAR1 ATR 1.25 Signal 16384 Pull.Continuation" These can be viewed on chart in the indicator - edits and custom copies can be made with a different template name.
AFT7 Trading systems ready for manual, semi auto or fully automatic trading
So when we put it all together on the chart we only need a few components to see the whole orchestration of signals indicators in combination - in fact only 1 indicator is required on chart and that is the AFT000
TIP Always save the workspace with a different name to the turnkey settings and workspace to prevent loss during an update
