- Technical support is provided via Blog, video, trade room articles and help desk guidance, self assisted only and assisted support for paying members is provided.
- Trader Education and Training is provided also in Blog, Video, Help Guides and in the trading group live trading mentoring 9.15EST to 11.30AM EST Mon to Fri - free and paid for trader education is available.

AFT Technical Support Model

Support focus on the turnkey workspaces, primarily on session breakout and trade management settings etc.
- Blog, video, trade room articles and help guides are available to all
- Any missing articles we will add or assist to find.
- Free users are allowed to use the software for free forever on sim and use the turnkey workspaces provided, email support is limited to troubleshooting for installation for usage.

For paying premium members you are provided:
- Priority support, email and where required skype, TeamViewer remote assistance
- Assistance with questions on customizing the settings to match your trade plan requirements such as position size, risk ,stops, trail stops, targets and so on

All users free and premium are welcome to the Online Trading Community Trading Group where you will also have support and members collaboration, education resources as well as live market trading systems, trade signals, news and fundamentals. - Simply visit us here at our ATS/AFT Discord Group
- All traders free and paid are referred to the Help Guides as the initial go to for answers and samples.
- In the case of Paid for members assistance for setup to their trade plan rules for stop, trail, targets etc. can be provided if the help guide examples need more detail.

What we don't provide due to the support overhead would be financially untenable and prevent us doing our primary activity, trading:
- We do not provide Q&As about every feature and component and formula - TURNKEY - this is more of a grab the wheel, use the pedals and gears and drive... you don't need to know the nuts and bolts under the hood to drive and win the race.
- We don't provide a financial systems engineering lesson or support in algorithmic trading development
- No support or training provision for traders who want to go off "off -piste" exploring and experimenting and discover other things and need assistance, support for their quest
- Traders who want to explore are welcome to do that under their own steam, dig around the help guides and other turnkey sample workspaces and collaborate in the trading group.

How much do you need to know ?

ATF provides turnkey workspaces and support on their usage - a trader need only learn how to use the controls and does no need to know the atomic details of the system to trade.

Paid for Member Trader backup team to assist trading setups
- Like a race car driver does not need to know the details only how to use the wheel, pedal and have assistance with the setup for their style from the pit crew.
- So the Support team where needed can act like the pit crew for paid for members get assistance with their trade plan setup such as risk, stops, trail stops and so on, initially by the help guide sample and more if required by modifying the turnkey workspaces and saving a version specific to the trader.
