ATS Support Policy and Expectations
Quality not quantity — our system model filters out 80% of traders at the signup process. This 80% typically want something for nothing, have unrealistic expectations about trading, or want hand-holding, resulting in high support overhead. These traders are not willing or able to get started under their own steam. We throw the rope; a trader must grab it and pull themselves aboard - and be warned its a marathon not a walk in the park!

Examples of Questions We Will Not Answer
Questions that are readily answered by our website, blog, videos, or help guides (e.g., pricing, video availability, social media links, whether we offer a specific type of system) indicate a lack of basic research or motivation to self-research. These inquiries fall under “spoon-feeding,” which we do not provide. Traders who require assistance with such basics are guaranteed to fail with our systems.
